What You'll Do
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers
Manage non-strategic vendors and ensure cost-effective procurement
Issue RFQs, analyze proposals, and drive supplier selection
Expedite orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
Resolve material, receiving, and accounting discrepancies
Maintain optimal inventory levels and purchasing records
Continuously improve processes and supplier performance

What You Bring
3-5 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
Experience negotiating with vendors and managing supplier relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
Solid understanding of inventory, logistics, and procurement strategies

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Experience in manufacturing or similar industry
Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, or similar procurement systems
Strong negotiation and communication skills
