Merchandiser

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Merchandiser to join our team in Claymont, Delaware 19703 . This position offers a pay rate of $20/hour, commensurate with experience, with potential for extension based on business needs and performance . In this role, you will creatively showcase our brands by building displays, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent product placement in retail accounts. Schedule

• Monday Friday | 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts
• Stock and rotate shelves
• Build and maintain product displays
• Manage POS (Point-of-Sale) materials
• Perform store resets for remodels, grand openings, and seasonal changes
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising activities
• Communicate merchandising insights with the sales team to:
• Identify brand and category opportunities
• Expand shelf and cold box facings
• Report out-of-stock items and new item opportunities
• Develop knowledge of beer, wine, and/or spirit brands and products
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol products and maintain safe interactions with customers and the public
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver s License with reliable transportation required
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment
• Ability to work occasional weekends
• Ability to lift and carry 45 65 lbs.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach
• Frequently climb ladders
• Regularly lift 45 65 lbs.
• Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone
