Responsabilites (Ce que vous ferez)- Developper et executer la strategie TI pour les solutions de merchandising de detail, alignee sur les objectifs daffaires
- Diriger la livraison de services de bout en bout, incluant la mise en uvre, le soutien et lamelioration continue
- Mettre en place et gerer un modele operationnel robuste de livraison de services avec des responsabilites clairement definies
- Definir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) afin dameliorer la performance des services, lefficacite et la satisfaction client
- Assurer lintegration des systemes de merchandising dans lecosysteme de detail (creation de produits, tarification, promotions, fichiers POS, planogrammes)
- Diriger la conception et la livraison de solutions technologiques evolutives, securisees et performantes
- Collaborer avec des equipes interfonctionnelles (marketing, ventes, service a la clientele) pour offrir des experiences de detail integrees
- Gerer les budgets, les ressources et loptimisation des couts lies a la livraison des services
- Diriger et developper une equipe TI performante grace au coaching et a la gestion du rendement
- Selectionner et gerer les fournisseurs, incluant les contrats, les ententes de niveau de service (SLA) et les partenariats strategiques
- Assurer le respect des normes de securite, de conformite et de protection des donnees
- Mettre en place des strategies de continuite des activites, de reprise apres sinistre et de gestion des risques
- Favoriser lexcellence operationnelle par lamelioration des processus et la creation de valeur (impact sur les revenus et les marges)
- Plus de 10 ans dexperience en TI, incluant un role de leadership en livraison de services ou en developpement de solutions
- Solide experience dans le soutien de plateformes de commerce de detail ou de merchandising
- Experience demontree en leadership de strategie TI, architecture et livraison a grande echelle
- Experience dans la gestion dintervenants interfonctionnels et de programmes complexes
- Bonne comprehension des modeles de livraison de services et des indicateurs de performance (KPI, SLA)
- Experience en gestion de fournisseurs et de partenaires externes
- Solides competences financieres (gestion de budget, controle des couts, retour sur investissement)
- Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, communication et gestion des parties prenantes
- Esprit analytique et prise de decisions basee sur les donnees
- Capacite a evoluer dans des environnements rapides et sous pression
- Orientation client avec un fort accent sur la qualite et lamelioration continue
- Diplome universitaire ou experience equivalente. Necessite generalement plus de 12 ans dexperience professionnelle et au moins 4 ans dexperience en gestion.
- Experience avec des systemes de merchandising (tarification, promotions, assortiments, POS, planogrammes)
- Experience dans des environnements dentreprise a grande echelle ou dans les secteurs de la sante / distribution de detail
- Bilinguisme (anglais et francais)

SummaryThe Director, IT Service Delivery Canada Retail Merchandising is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of retail merchandising technology solutions. This role drives IT strategy, service delivery excellence, and operational efficiency to enhance customer experience and support revenue growth across McKessons retail operations.
What Youll Do- Develop and execute the IT strategy for retail merchandising solutions aligned to business goals
- Lead end-to-end service delivery, including implementation, support, and continuous improvement
- Establish and manage a robust service delivery operating model with clear accountability
- Define and track KPIs to improve service performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure integration of merchandising systems across retail ecosystem (product creation, pricing, promotions, POS, planograms)
- Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions
- Partner cross-functionally (marketing, sales, customer service) to deliver integrated retail experiences
- Manage budgets, resources, and cost optimization for service delivery
- Lead and develop a high-performing IT team through coaching and performance management
- Select and manage vendors, including contracts, SLAs, and strategic partnerships
- Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy standards are met
- Drive business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation strategies
- Deliver operational excellence through process improvements and value creation (revenue and margin impact)
- 10+ years of IT experience, including leadership in service delivery or solution development
- Strong experience supporting retail, merchandising, or commerce platforms
- Proven ability to lead IT strategy, architecture, and delivery at scale
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex programs
- Strong understanding of service delivery models and performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs)
- Experience managing vendors and external partners
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, ROI focus)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making mindset
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Customer-focused approach with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.
- Experience in retail merchandising systems (pricing, promotions, assortments, POS, planograms)
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or healthcare/retail distribution
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Experience driving digital transformation or modernization initiatives
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks
