Hybrid position. 3 days in-office at our Wayne, PA office.

Job Description

Direct the work of teammates and work closely with the Specialty Ops Management team. Acts as training mentor for their assigned team. Create and/or improve workflows and disseminates information to team members. Provide guidance and assistance on all issues. Conduct audits, team meetings to discuss workflows. Serve as back-up for other TLs, Supervisor of assigned team.

Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is required

1+ years of customer service experience

Experience working in a customer driven/service industry

Demonstrated technical proficiency in assigned functional area

Demonstrated abilitiy to direct work and lead people

Knowledge and Skills

Leadership skills

Strong communications skills (verbal and written)

Time management skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365

Prioritization skills

Ability to multi-task

Able to work well in rapidly changing environment
