The Lyon Leadership McDonalds Organization iis seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in management, strategic planning, and business development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive profitability while ensuring operational excellence across all districts. (+7 year of McDonalds related experience)
What You'll Do:
As an Area Supervisor , youll oversee 34 restaurants, partnering with General Managers to elevate performance, people, and profit. Youll be the go-to coach, mentor, and strategic partner ensuring each location meets the Gold Standard in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
You will:
- Lead and manage the performance of multiple store locations to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and profitability.
- Supervise and mentor store managers, providing guidance on best practices in sales, customer service, and team management.
- Analyze profit & loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity across all locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and standards.
- Oversee project management efforts related to new store openings, renovations, or other significant changes within the district.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, development, and retention.
What Were Looking For:
- +7 year of McDonalds related experience
- Proven experience in management with a focus on supervising teams in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving common goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Solid understanding of profit & loss management principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
