The Industrial Branch Manager position is accountable for ensuring the safe, cost effective and efficient day-to-day management of their assigned area and for the financial results of the branch. This position is accountable for exceptional service delivery as well as consistent and optimal customer experience. This position is accountable for developing and executing a one-year business plan with a view to safe operations, excellent customer service, employee retention, enhance financial performance and growth of the business.
The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.
What Youll Be Doing
- Develops and implements strategic business plans to position and grow Badgers industrial business sustainably.
- Builds strong customer relationships through exceptional service and efficient management of job-site activities.
- Maintains high safety standards, fleet reliability, and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manages financial performance proactively, ensuring profitability through budgeting, expense control, and payroll oversight.
- Attracts, develops, and retains skilled talent aligned with Badgers professional standards and brand image.
What Were Looking For
- Education: Bachelors degree in business, engineering or related field or relevant work experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of Industrial Services Experience with 3+ years at a Management level.
- 3+ years full Profit & Loss management experience.
- Demonstrated managerial leadership capability with ability to deliver organizational value.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a unionized environmentpreferred(where applicable).
- Experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM databases
