We are a growing family ownedpany. Looking for an energetic person to supervise, direct, and manage all phases of daily store operations to a high standard of overall business performance and customer service. We are looking for someone with considerable knowledge and experience in the perishable areas of the store. Produce, deli, bakery and cafe are areas of growth in this store. This role focuses on creating a weing,munity-oriented shopping atmosp with strong relationships with customers and fostering a positive team culture. They should be able to oversee employee relations, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management, ensuring staff are motivated, engaged, and aligned with the store's values and service expectations. Additionally, the role is accountable for achieving financial and operational goals by maximizing sales and profit margins while maintaining strict control over labor costs, inventory levels, and other operating expenses. This includes monitoring merchandise presentation, ensuring proper stock levels, and implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies. By effectively utilizing available personnel and resources, they ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds targeted projections while maintaining efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
