Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and SAP-proficient LLP Operation Specialist to support logistics and supply chain operations for a global chemical company. This role will work in an outsourcing operational model and will be responsible for end-to-end order processing, production coordination, inventory management, import/export operations, labeling, blending coordination, and customer order support.
The ideal candidate should possess strong operational ownership, multitasking capability, and hands-on experience in SAP-based logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Process and manage domestic and international customer orders in SAP
- Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve operational issues
Production & Blending Coordination
- Coordinate production schedules and blending requests with plants and vendors
- Manage production-related documentation and operational follow-up
- Ensure timely completion of blending and packaging activities
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and warehouse status
- Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment activities
- Conduct inventory reconciliation and support cycle counts
Labeling & Compliance
- Coordinate product labeling activities according to customer and regulatory requirements
- Ensure labeling accuracy and compliance with local/import regulations
Import / Export Operations
- Handle bulk import operations and shipping coordination
- Support export documentation and international shipment arrangements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses
Domestic Operations
- Manage domestic order processing and delivery coordination
- Support local distribution and customer requirements
Sample Management
- Coordinate sample requests, shipment arrangements, and tracking
- Communicate with sales, customers, and laboratories regarding sample status
SAP & Reporting
- Utilize SAP for daily operational transactions and reporting
- Maintain accurate master data and operational records
- Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or chemical industry operations
- Strong SAP experience is mandatory
- Experience in import/export and inventory management
- Understanding of production and blending operations preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in an outsourcing operational environment
- Fluent in English and Korean preferred
