Objectif du poste
Le ou la titulaire du poste est responsable de concevoir, structurer et perenniser des cadres de preparation operationnelle et dexecution permettant un deploiement coherent, rigoureux et efficace des initiatives commerciales et operationnelles a travers les reseaux Uniprix et Proxim.
Agissant a titre dexpertconseil principal, ce role soutient le Directeur afin de sassurer que les magasins, les equipes terrain et les partenaires operationnels soient pleinement prepares a executer les initiatives liees aux operations de detail, aux renovations, aux redressements de performance ainsi qua la performance en distribution et logistique, prealablement a leur transfert vers les Operations de detail.
Le poste joue egalement un role cle de conseil dans les situations complexes liees a la distribution et a la logistique, en veillant a ce que les conditions de preparation, les mecanismes descalade et les alignements transversaux soient en place afin de proteger la performance du reseau et la satisfaction des membres.
Principales responsabilites
Preparation operationnelle et soutien a lexecution
- Concevoir, structurer et maintenir des cadres de preparation operationnelle (guides de jeu, outils, modeles, parcours de formation) soutenant les initiatives a lechelle du reseau ainsi que les vagues commerciales ou operationnelles recurrentes.
- Traduire les orientations strategiques, les standards et les priorites definis par le Directeur en livrables clairs, structures et prets a lexecution pour les Operations de detail et les equipes terrain.
- Assurer la preparation operationnelle des magasins en renovation, en demarrage ou en situation de redressement jusqua latteinte des seuils dexecution requis pour un transfert vers les equipes terrain.
- Diriger des diagnostics approfondis des magasins sous-performants, identifier les causes fondamentales, recommander des actions correctrices et soutenir la mise en uvre des plans de redressement jusqua la stabilisation de la performance.
- Structurer des modeles de preparation assurant coherence, simplicite et applicabilite a travers les bannieres, les initiatives et les differents contextes operationnels.
Activation de la distribution et de la logistique
- Agir a titre de ressource experte principale en matiere de preparation liee a la distribution et a la logistique, en soutenant la resolution denjeux complexes ou recurrents ayant un impact sur lexecution en magasin ou lexperience des membres.
- Collaborer avec les centres de distribution, le transport et le service a la clientele afin dassurer lalignement sur les priorites, les processus descalade et les conditions de preparation requises pour une execution efficace au niveau des magasins.
- Elaborer des etudes de cas axes sur limpact client permettant darticuler des opportunites en distribution, logistique ou ventes du point de vue des magasins et des membres, et les presenter aux leaders sectoriels concernes afin de soutenir la priorisation transversale.
- Representer les besoins du reseau et des membres dans les discussions strategiques liees a la performance de la distribution, aux modeles de service et aux ameliorations operationnelles.
Expertise reseau et amelioration continue
- Agir a titre de partenaire expert de confiance aupres des Operations de detail, de la commercialisation et des equipes transversales afin de clarifier les exigences de preparation et de securiser les conditions en amont favorisant le succes.
- Integrer les apprentissages du terrain, la retroaction operationnelle et les perspectives des partenaires dans levolution continue des outils, standards et processus de preparation.
- Definir et suivre les indicateurs de preparation operationnelle, identifier proactivement les risques et recommander des strategies dattenuation ou dajustement.
- Exploiter les donnees et lintelligence operationnelle afin dameliorer la qualite de la preparation, la priorisation des efforts et lefficacite globale de lexecution.
Exigences du poste
- Diplome universitaire en administration des affaires, operations, logistique, gestion ou dans un domaine connexe ou experience pertinente.
- Minimum de 8 ans dexperience en operations de detail, preparation operationnelle, deploiement reseau, logistique ou dans des environnements de transformation.
- Expertise demontree dans la conception et la structuration de cadres, doutils et de modeles operationnels a lechelle dun reseau.
- Forte capacite dinfluence et dalignement de multiples parties prenantes sans autorite hierarchique directe.
- Excellentes competences en structuration, synthese et traduction operationnelle.

Position Objective
The incumbent is responsible for designing, structuring, and sustaining operational readiness and execution frameworks that enable consistent, disciplined, and effective deployment of commercial and operational initiatives across the Uniprix and Proxim networks.
Acting as a senior subject-matter expert, the role supports the Director in ensuring that stores, field teams, and operational partners are fully prepared to execute initiatives related to retail operations, renovations, turnarounds, and distribution/logistics performance, prior to their transition to Retail Operations.
The role also plays a key advisory function in complex distribution and logistics-related situations, ensuring that readiness conditions, escalation mechanisms, and cross-functional alignment are in place to protect network performance and member satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Readiness & Execution Enablement
- Design, structure, and maintain operational readiness frameworks (playbooks, tools, models, training journeys) supporting network-wide initiatives and recurring commercial or operational waves.
- Translate strategic directions, standards, and priorities defined by the Director into clear, structured, execution-ready deliverables for Retail Operations and field teams.
- Ensure the operational readiness of stores undergoing renovations, start-ups, or turnaround situations until required execution thresholds are met for handover to field operations.
- Lead diagnostic assessments of underperforming stores, identifying root causes, recommending corrective actions, and supporting the implementation of turnaround plans until performance stabilization.
- Structure readiness models that ensure coherence, simplicity, and applicability across banners, initiatives, and operational contexts.
Distribution & Logistics Enablement
- Act as a senior expert resource on distribution and logistics-related readiness, supporting the resolution of complex or recurring issues impacting store execution or member experience.
- Partner with Distribution Centers, Transportation, and Customer Service leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, escalation processes, and readiness conditions required for successful execution at store level.
- Build client-impact business cases to articulate distribution, logistics, or sales opportunities from a store and member perspective, and present them to relevant sector leads to support cross-functional prioritization.
- Represent network and member needs in strategic discussions related to distribution performance, service models, and operational improvements.
Network Expertise & Continuous Improvement
- Act as a trusted expert partner with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and cross-functional teams to clarify readiness requirements and secure upstream conditions for success.
- Integrate field learnings, operational feedback, and partner insights into the continuous evolution of readiness tools, standards, and processes.
- Define and monitor operational readiness indicators, proactively identify risks, and recommend mitigation or adjustment strategies.
- Leverage data and operational intelligence to improve preparation quality, prioritization of efforts, and overall execution effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Management, or a related field or proper experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail operations, operational readiness, network deployment, logistics, or transformation environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and structuring frameworks, tools, and operational models at a network scale.
- Strong ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority.
- Advanced structuring, synthesis, and operational translation skills.
- Strong proficiency with analytical tools and operational systems (Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or equivalent).
