• 3 years retail / customer service management experience or
  • 4+ years of US Military service
• Strong organizional, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional murity
• Minimum High School or GED

• Legal documention establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
• Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacion up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles director or above. For roles in other stes, you will be granted vacion time starting 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candide will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-reled knowledge/skills, experience, geographical locion, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired the high end of the range for their role, and compension decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candide.
