Dans le cadre de ce role, vous donnez le ton a lequipe du magasin et vous promouvez activement la marque aupres des clients et des employes. En tant que leader, vous jouez un role essentiel pour executer la strategie du magasin, atteindre les objectifs de rendement et stimuler la croissance des ventes et la rentabilite par lentremise de tous les aspects de lexploitation du magasin, notamment : les activites liees aux produits et aux clients, le marchandisage et le perfectionnement du personnel. En collaboration avec votre equipe de direction, votre objectif est denseigner aux autres les comportements a la base dune equipe performante qui atteint ou depasse les objectifs.

In this role, you will set the tone for the store team and help bring our brand to life for our customers and employees. Your leadership role is critical in supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals and drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store, including; customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. Through collaboration with your leadership team, your goal is to teach others and coach behaviors to cultivate a high performing team that meets or exceeds goals.

What You'll Do
  • Recruter et embaucher le personnel et assurer son perfectionnement de maniere a favoriser une culture de haute performance et dengagement
  • Assumer la responsabilite pour le rendement de lequipe en fournissant des conseils, de lencadrement et de la retroaction constructive afin de renforcer les capacites
  • Appuyer des strategies et des processus axes sur le client dans le but de produire des resultats, de stimuler les ventes du magasin et de maximiser lefficacite et la productivite
  • Promouvoir lengagement communautaire
  • Adapter les priorites de lequipe aux besoins des clients et des partenaires daffaires
  • Assurer la supervision directe dune equipe operationnelle, de service ou administrative
  • Recruit, hire and develop people to drive a culture of high performance and engagement
  • Accountable for team performance through teaching, coaching and providing meaningful feedback to build capabilities
  • Support strategies and processes using a customer centric mindset to deliver results, drive store sales, and maximize efficiencies and productivity
  • Promote community involvement
  • Adapt team priorities to respond to customer and business partner needs
  • Provide front line supervision to an operational, service or administrative team
Who You Are
  • Communiquer clairement et directement les attentes et donner de la retroaction tout en ecoutant pour tirer des conclusions permettant de propulser le rendement personnel et professionnel
  • Faire preuve de competences en matiere dorganisation, de gestion du temps et detablissement des priorites et dune capacite a gerer efficacement des taches multiples dans un environnement ou les demandes sont concurrentes
  • Etre apte a tirer parti des donnees pour produire des resultats qui atteignent ou depassent les objectifs operationnels
  • Capable deffectuer des deplacements, selon les besoins
  • Etre en mesure de voir au-dela de la situation enoncee, dutiliser les rapports et les outils de lentreprise pour cerner les problemes sous-jacents et denvisager differentes avenues possibles
  • Avoir une bonne comprehension des concepts et procedures propres a sa discipline
  • Au Quebec: Doit etre capable de parler francais
  • Provides clear and direct communication of expectations and gives feedback while listening to learn in order to unlock personal and business results
  • Proven ability to organize and utilize time management and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands
  • Strength in driving metrics to deliver results that will meet or exceed business goals
  • Able to travel as required
  • Probe beyond the stated situation, uses reporting and company tools to find identify underlying issues and considers possible alternatives
  • Good understanding of concepts and procedures within own subject area
  • In Quebec: Must be able to speak French
