THE SCHEDULE Must be able to commit to the following 4-week ramp-up schedule: Week 1: Wed-Sat | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Week 2: Mon-Sat | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Includes Overtime) Week 3 & 4: Mon-Fri | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Unloading Trucks: Physically unloading product shipments and staging them for the sales floor. Planogram Execution: Reading and implementing complex POGs to ensure 100% accuracy. Store Setup: Moving beams, adjusting racking, building displays, and stocking shelves. High-Intensity Work: This is a fast-paced environment requiring stamina and attention to detail. REQUIREMENTS Experience: Previous merchandising or store reset experience is required . Planograms: Must be proficient in reading and executing planograms without supervision. Physical: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for 8+ hours. Reliability: We need people who show up! Consistent attendance is critical for this project. Transportation: Must have a reliable way to get to the Buckeye Commons area.
