What Youll Do
Lead all aspects of branch operations: Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, Logistics
Drive financial performance and operational excellence
Manage P&L and reporting functions
Coach and develop your team for success
What Were Looking For
Business Management degree + 1 year rental industry experience OR 34 years rental industry experience
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
Skills That Set You Apart:
Strong leadership and communication
Understanding of P&L and financial controls
Sales experience with negotiation and influencing skills
Knowledge of construction or industrial markets a plus
High accountability and time management

Base Pay Range
70,000.00 - 129,250.00Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Please visit for more information on our benefits and to join our Talent Network.
