Wieland is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for driving Wieland Diversified's success by strategically managing the procurement of materials and developing innovative product strategies. The Supply Chain Analyst will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies, supplier relationship management, and product lifecycle management to optimize costs, ensure timely delivery, and support new product launches. This position requires a strong leader with a proven track record in procurement, product management, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

This role is located in East Longmeadow, MA and will be fully on-site.
Base Salary Range: $85,000 to $102,000 annually
May be eligible for a variable compensation plan bonus based upon company performance within fiscal year cycle.

Responsibilities

Supply Supply Chain Management:

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies that deliver cost savings while ensuring a reliable supply of high-quality materials.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring consistent performance. Conduct regular supplier evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Risk Management: Oversee the team's assessment of potential risks associated with contracts and agreements, developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
