Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Monday - Friday + Some Saturdays | 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM (Overtime until 5:00 PM)

Here's what we're looking for.

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or clerical experience preferred

Strong data entry and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred

Experience with warehouse management or transportation systems is a plus

Ability to multitask and work independently

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming shipments, stock, and materials

Check shipments against manifests, bills of lading, packing slips, and other shipping documents

Process outbound shipping orders and prepare shipping paperwork

Enter and maintain data within warehouse management systems

Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies or inventory variances

Assist with routing outbound shipments and coordinating pickups with carriers

Process customer orders and generate labels, manifests, and shipping reports

Maintain inventory records, shipment logs, and required documentation

Answer incoming multi-line phone calls and assist visitors, drivers, and vendors

Support front office administrative functions including filing, distributing mail, and maintaining records

Assist with labor tracking, payroll entry, and general clerical duties as needed

Support warehouse operations including cycle counts, stock verification, and organization of materials

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
