About the role

The Supply Chain Intern will work directly within the Operations team to support the end-to-end demand planning process. This intern will gain hands-on experience with forecast management, S&OP support, and data-driven process improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for a student with a strong interest in supply chain planning and analytics who is eager to apply modern tools, document real-world processes, and contribute meaningfully to a live demand planning function.

Responsibilities

Support the monthly demand planning process, including forecast updates, data preparation, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) support

Maintain and update demand forecasts on an ongoing basis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives

Identify opportunities to leverage modern tools, including artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, to enhance forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency

Document current-state Demand Planning processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support knowledge transfer and process standardization

Identify and scope a process improvement project related to the Demand Planning function, from problem definition through preliminary recommendations

About you

Currently enrolled as a college or graduate student in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Strong interest in supply chain planning, data analysis, and process improvement

Strong Excel skills including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas

Coursework in demand planning, forecasting, analytics, or supply chain fundamentals
