Description Based in the Downtown Los Angeles Fashion District, Ambiance Apparel is a leading manufacturer, importer and wholesaler of casual basic apparel for women & juniors. Founded in 1999, Ambiance Apparel has been catering to the fashion needs of retailers and wholesalers for over 20 years with quality products at affordable prices and high-volume availability of inventory. Ambiance Apparel is seeking to hire a full-time Store Operations Coordinator or Assistant. Duties: Serve as a liaison between Sales and Shipping departments, and ensure all data is accurately recorded, processed and transferred to appropriate parties to perform their work based on the data Continuously collaborate with the Store Operations team to ensure order status data is updated to its most current status and all schedules are on time Prioritize and schedule order fulfillment deadlines based on customer requests and coordinate picking, packing, and delivery accordingly Conduct cycle counts and review inventory on a daily basis and investigate discrepancies Input stock orders to maintain inventory and organize the inventory to optimize efficiency Review all data and contact appropriate persons to retrieve any missing information Pull reports or data requested by the Sales team or customers Serve as an all-rounder for the Store Operations and Shipping team and provide backup wherever it is needed Provide assistance to store managers as assigned and maintain effective communication with all relevant departments regarding interdepartmental tasks Qualifications: Bilingual in English/Korean preferred Authorized to work in the US Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Experience in Logistics, Operations, or related field preferred Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision 401K Paid Time Off Paid Sick Leave Lunch Subsidy Job Type: Full-time ambianceapparel.com We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
