Responsibilities

  • Work with healthcare leaders to help spot patterns and inconsistencies in internal client data, especially during system and data changes (for example, when data moves between platforms or coding systems).
  • Review marketing content on our Healthcare and GPO websites to look for gaps or areas that could be clearer, more consistent, or better aligned with company messaging and priorities.
  • Help review healthcare and GPO training materials and client-facing content to make sure the message is clear, accurate, and consistent across teams.
  • Assist in reviewing content across different ISG verticals to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and best practices that could be shared or reused.
  • Support internal and external partners who want to create co-branded materials following trainings or joint initiatives.
  • Research new partner organizations by learning about their offerings, strengths, competitors, and how they might fit into our current portfolio.

Requirements

  • Presently enrolled in a degree program at a college majoring in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Comfortable reviewing content and spotting inconsistencies.
  • A keen interest Healthcare/ business strategy.
  • Curious and research-driven.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Excellent written, communicational, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Problem solving with the ability to resolve issues quickly and to follow up appropriately.
  • Receptive to training while working within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related technology.
