Job Description - WE are seeking a dedicated General Labor for a reputable beverage manufacturer located near Loop 303 & Northern . This role is essential to the efficiency of the brewery's packaging line and requires someone dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: Work on the conveyor line beverage production floor, ensuring continuous operations of process equipment through active monitoring and troubleshooting. Communicate job knowledge and process changes with team members and management through various forms of daily communication (shift handover meetings, daily production meetings, email, action logs, work orders, etc). Perform quality inspections using basic lab equipment and SOPs. Complete and maintain documentation for inventory checks, quality inspections, sanitation requirements, batch and blending production, and basic maintenance tasks. Maintain sanitation and lubrication of machinery, equipment, storage bins, and workstations. Report safety and equipment issues to leadership. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate degree or higher encouraged. 2+ years of manufacturing experience or a combination of similar experience and computer skills. Proficiency with computers and MS Office. Basic mathematical skills. Must be at least 21 years of age (alcohol manufacturing). Ability to receive and act upon regular feedback. Works well both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates accountability and a sense of urgency. Passionate about safety and quality.
