Inventory Control Specialist FULL TIME 5701 Knowledge Pkwy, Erie, PA 16510, USA With Professional Experience 4/24/26 Inventory Control Specialist PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position is responsible for completing various types of receiving processes for finished goods materials into the inventory system. Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that inventory accuracy is maintained by completing regular cycle counts, with all inventory at least once per fiscal year. Must maintain organized and complete inventory records of all shipments received and all cycle counts completed. This position is also responsible for inventory adjustments and troubleshooting inventory discrepancies. REPORTS TO: Operations Manager DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Cycle counts the inventory. Generate reports supporting the cycle count. Inventory adjustments. Inventory transactions within the Oracle system Complete receiving processes for various product types in a timely and accurate manner Maintain accurate and organized receiving records Other duties as assigned PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School diploma, or equivalent required. Experience: Inventory control experience is required. Two years of warehouse experience at the GDC is required. (waived when necessary) Computer skills: Training in excel is required as well as general computer skills. Math skills: Excellent math skills are required. Verbal/communication: Able to read and understand technical reports, process specifications, and office correspondence. Able to communicate via email in a clear and timely manner. Technical skills: Must be very accurate and steady in their work. Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 35 pounds.
