POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a full-time position. The work schedule will be dependent on the needs of the business. Job duties and work hours are subject to change based upon load assignments.?

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS

Follow all company standard operating procedures for sales and marketing

Responds to social media questions and requests

Open &?close registers

Count money

Must be able to accurately identify car parts to complete sales to customers

Ring up customer purchases in computer system and accept customer payments

Answer phones following phones script

Maintain 100% accuracy between physical count and computer inventory system

Marketing: Call customers on daily basis log into Point; Maintain Facebook daily; Post Facebook live videos; send out text messages to customers using marketing software

Run end of day routine

Run daily computer reports and record results in computer software

Send End of Day Email to manager

Update inventory daily at end of day using computer software

Backup Assistant Manager and assist with Duties.

Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.

Compliance with Employee Handbook and all SOPs.

All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, and working with hands all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items in office and at cashier counter up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Ability to wear personal protective equipment including hard hat, steel toe boots, high visibility clothing, and gloves when outside in production area.

PHYSICAL ASPECTS:

Stands, walk, use hands, reaches, talk and hear frequently.

Lifts to 50 lbs.

Requires close vision at 20 inches or less.

Requires distant vision at 20 feet or more.

Requires the ability to distinguish colors.

Requires good peripheral vision.

Must be able to walk comfortably up to 3 miles daily.

Required to push/pull and climb ladders greater than 20ft.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

Will occasionally be exposed to:

Work near moving mechanical parts regularly over 5%.

Work in office environment 95%

Work in outdoor manufacturing environment 5%

Required work schedule: 5 days a week 9am - 5pm
