Goods Flow co-worker I (Warehouse Worker)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a Goods Flow Associate. In this role, you will support the movement, accuracy, and availability of products within the store to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Job Responsibilities: Ensure the highest level of product availability by executing store goods flow tasks accurately and on time. Operate within assigned areas using available systems and tools to support efficient goods flow and maintain data integrity. Follow inventory routines to maximize stock accuracy and improve product accessibility for customers. Comply with all health, safety, and security standards, helping to maintain a safe environment for coworkers, customers, and the facility. Contribute to departmental goals by actively participating in the goal-setting process and implementing agreed-upon action plans in daily work. Continuously seek to optimize goods flow operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost-effective manner, while sharing best practices with the team. Support and collaborate with colleagues by sharing knowledge, offering help, and fostering a positive working environment across departments.
