Our salon in Nicholasville, located in the Brannon Crossing shopping center is locally owned and under new management! We are looking for a talented leader who takes pride in delivering great haircuts and outstanding client experiences.

Compensation:

Our managers typically earn an average of $64,000 - $72,000 per year (including base pay, tips and incentives).

What We're Looking For

• Valid Kentucky cosmetology or barber license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Desire to manage a team of stylists or barbers and help others grow to their full potential
• Responsible leader to manage daily operations, staffing, and inventory
• Ability to understand and teach financial metrics to achieve goals at the individual and store level
