Overview

Leads and manages strategic data and image acquisition to support title plant expansion and ongoing maintenance, ensuring compliance, quality, and alignment with Property Insight and Fidelity objectives. This is an onsite position located in Maitland, FL.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise the Property Insight acquisition team, including hiring, training, performance management, and development. Define and execute a national acquisition strategy that balances cost, risk, quality, and revenue opportunity. Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with state, local, and contractual requirements related to plant and image acquisition. Collaborate with Title Plant, Imaging, Sales, Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives. Establish and maintain vendor and county relationships to support current and future acquisition needs, ensuring contractual compliance and delivery commitments. Maintain a national inventory of acquisition sources aligned with the Master Asset Inventory. Develop and document roadmaps for acquisition process and capability improvements. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and adjust acquisition strategies and agreements as needed. Implement departmental standards, quality controls, and governance to meet regulatory and organizational expectations. Plan and prioritize projects, manage resources, and drive initiatives to successful completion. Anticipate future people, technology, and budget needs and implement solutions accordingly. Develop, maintain, and improve reporting, analytics, and documentation to support leadership decisionmaking. Communicate initiative outcomes, risks, and business impacts to internal and external stakeholders. Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Develops methodology and process for prioritization and scheduling of projects. Analyzes problems and determines root causes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems or related field or equivalent related experience.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in title plant asset (data and image) acquisition. At least 5 years of experience leading and managing operations. Proficiency in work management and process improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of legal and contractual agreements. Advanced problemsolving, analytical, and quantitative skills. Proven ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and priorities concurrently. Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Title Search and Exam Experience Knowledge and Experience navigating local county government
