To deliver professional, meticulous, relaxing and exemplary hair and nail, facial care services to the guests and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
When acting as a Nail Technician:
Achieve weekly retail sales goals
Perform nail services as listed on the brochure following proper safety and sanitation guidelines, while delivering gentle guest service and detailed nail care
Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
Provides excellent customer service to both guest and internal clients.
Complies with all applicable Tribal regulations, internal controls and policies and procedures. Documents and reports all exceptions/variations/deviations immediately upon awareness.
When acting as a Hair Stylist:
Achieve weekly retail sales goals
Perform hair services as listed on the brochure following proper safety and sanitation guidelines, while delivering gentle guest service and detailed hair care
Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
Provides excellent customer service to both guest and internal clients.
Communicate during consultations each visit being very clear about pricing and update with Spa Services Representative.
Stay current on trends and continued training.
Complies with all applicable Tribal regulations, internal controls and policies and procedures. Documents and reports all exceptions/variations/deviations immediately upon awareness

Signatory Ability
NoneQualificationsRequired Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma/GED.
Valid California State Cosmetology/Manicurist license.
Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Minimum of 1 year salon experience
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
Some exposure to nail and/or hair related products.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.
Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
