Retail Operations Associate Job Category: Retail Application Email: Open Date: Apr 15, 2026 Description: Provenzano Resources LLC (PRL) is hiring a Part-time Retail Operations Associate to support our unmanned retail units at Denver International Airport. These are self-service retail spaces that require consistent upkeep, organization, and accountability without direct supervision. We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities Stock, organize, and maintain clean, visually appealing merchandise displays Monitor inventory levels and restock proactively Fold, face, and maintain presentation standards at all times Identify and resolve issues without waiting for direction Assist customers with basic questions when needed Troubleshoot minor technical or system issues (training provided) Scan and barcode incoming merchandise accurately Transport products and supplies across airport locations Maintain cleanliness, including trash removal and light cleaning Communicate inventory shortages, damages, or operational issues to management Perform retail sales at assigned kiosks while also carrying out operational responsibilities. Once operational tasks are completed and the kiosks are properly prepared for unmanned operation, maintain sales coverage at the units as needed Program Support & Compliance Support the overall success of the Specialty Retail Program by helping ensure operational standards are consistently followed Observe retail locations for compliance with program guidelines and expectations Document issues or violations (including photos when necessary) and report them to management in a clear, professional manner Help maintain a high standard of presentation and accountability across all locations What We're Looking For Strong reliability and consistent attendance Ability to work independently without constant supervision High attention to detail and personal accountability Comfortable staying active throughout the shift Professional communication and problem-solving skills Retail Sales Experience (Preferred) & Responsibilities Candidates with prior retail sales experience are strongly preferred. This includes the ability to maintain organized and fully stocked sales floors, ensure merchandise is properly displayed and faced, and support a positive customer experience. Responsibilities may include assisting customers with product questions, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation standards, monitoring inventory levels, restocking merchandise, and identifying opportunities to improve product placement and sales performance. Experience with point-of-sale systems, handling transactions, and supporting daily retail operations is beneficial. Technical Knowledge (Desired - Training Provided) Basic iPad operation, including WiFi settings, guided access, app installation, and updates Use of retail applications (Square, KioskBuddy, etc.) Use of remote camera and monitoring applications Basic networking familiarity (comfortable plugging in WiFi gateways, video cameras, and similar equipment at a user level comparable to setting up or troubleshooting a home WiFi network and peripherals) Physical Requirements Walk 5-7 miles per shift Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Bend, climb ladders, and use basic tools Push/pull carts and transport merchandise Work in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment Benefits RTD EcoPass provided (light rail + bus, including personal use) Independent work environment Small team where your work directly impacts daily operations Important - Read Before Applying This role is best suited for someone who: Shows up on time, every shift Takes initiative without being told Maintains high standards even when working alone If you are looking for a low-effort or highly supervised position, this role will not be a good fit.
