Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, AZ!

NAU is a public research university known for its strong sense of community, outdoor lifestyle, and studentfocused campus, serving as an academic and cultural hub of Northern Arizona. This beautiful campus, with a diverse retail dining environment, feures multiple retail units, both self-opered and nionally branded. Strong on-site specialist support is also provided by dediced Marketing, Finance, Culinary, and HR Directors.

• Identify customer needs and expections
• Ensure th Sodexo and customer goals are aligned and met
• Educe and develop rapport with clients and promote partnerships
• Promote a customer/client centered culture th strives to exceed customer and client needs
• Maintain and improve service level resulting in increased customer sisfaction
• Ensure all HAACP standards are followed
• Demonstre resourcefulness and quick responsiveness to client and customer requests

Minimum Educion Requirement - Associe's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operions
