Maintain inventory levels for all production assembly teams, by coordinating orders and deliveries with suppliers. Manage procurement records, supplier communication and purchase orders. Specific Responsibilities (tasks) - Inventory management/oversight. - Procurement for all product components. - Communicate with suppliers regarding status and maintaining on-time deliveries. - Coordinate deliveries with freight forwarder.(s) - Collaborate with Accounts Payables team regarding wire/payments to suppliers. - Procure all items to assist internal warehouse operations. - Assist other department with stock needs for customer deliveries. - Generate and maintain POs for suppliers product lines. (foreign/domestic) - Maintain weekly inventory reports for each department. Software Application Knowledge Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, SAP or ERP (Visual). Qualifications - 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in purchasing, healthcare, pharmaceutical operations. - High School Diploma or higher. - Strong organizational and detail oriented skills. - Professional communication skill.
