The Role: Customer Service/Retail Associate To support patients by assisting with the selection and purchase of medical supplies, while providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional environment. This includes processing transactions, managing inventory, and ensuring all orders are accurately generated with proper documentation and insurance verification.
