Inventory Specialist - Nalley Infiniti Marietta

The Inventory Specialist/Manager is responsible for managing all vehicles for auction and/or dealership inventory.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all inventory control related issues and processesTrade inventory with other dealersManage the inventory replenishment process and analyze changes to inventory levels based on historical data and input from salesMinimize obsolescence and manage customer lease returnsMaintain accounting of all vehicles on dealership propertyCompare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoiceCatalog and stores keysAssign stock control numbers to vehiclesRuns reports to identify location of vehiclesSetup auction lineup on a weekly basis as neededProtect dealership and customer informationMaintain good relationships with department and dealership personnelManage incoming cars, used inventory and incoming dealer tradesSupervise inventory counts (periodic cycle and year end), research discrepancies, ensure timely adjustmentsMaintain pricing stickers on all vehicles as requiredAutomotive experience requiredMust have high level organizational skillsMust be at least eighteen years of ageMust have a Valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
