Responsibilities

As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for all things beauty! Your charisma and passion will shine as you: Consult and Inspire: Interact with customers, providing expert advice on our premium skincare products, empowering them to achieve their beauty aspirations. Tanning with a Smile: Assist customers with their tanning needs, following state and local guidelines, ensuring they leave with a radiant glow and an even brighter smile. Achieve the Extraordinary: Be a superstar salesperson by surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, unlocking fantastic commission opportunities along the way. Create a Blissful Environment: Maintain a clean and organized salon, ensuring each customer feels pampered and relaxed. Age is Just a Number: We welcome candidates aged 18 and above to bring their dynamic personalities to our team. Flexibility: With reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends, you'll be a perfect fit for our vibrant salon schedule. Physical Stamina: Our exciting environment requires you to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Plus, you should be able to lift up to 15 pounds without breaking a sweat.
