From day one, you will get a chance to deliver real impact and work with clients when it really matters.The Performance Advisory team help clients deliver significant improvement in business performance and enterprise value across all subsectors.As a Senior Vice President in our Performance Advisory team, you will lead complex, high-stakes engagements that deliver rapid, tangible results across the value chain.Working closely with senior client stakeholders and private equity sponsors, you will take ownership of diagnosing critical challenges, shaping data-driven strategies, and driving hands-on implementation to improve financial performance, operational efficiency and enterprise value. You will bring deep expertise in specific areas, for example sourcing strategy, cost optimisation, growth acceleration, digital transformation and organisational effectiveness (among others).Drawing on your consulting and industry experience, you will lead workstreams, mentor junior colleagues and act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, delivering solutions that are both analytically rigorous and operationally executable. In parallel, you'll contribute to practice development through thought leadership, client relationship building and support in the pursuit of new business opportunities.This is a full time Senior Vice President position. Education Requirements
Master's degree and / or an MBA, and evidence of a strong academic record.A degree in Business, Finance or Engineering is preferable but not essential.
