Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all customers with a warm, positive attitude.
Take orders accurately and efficiently using a digital/cashless POS system.
Prepare beverages and milkshakes according to recipe standards.
Assemble and distribute orders using pre-prepared or ready-to-serve items.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized front-of-house area.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Assist with general front-end duties as needed.
Pay Details: Hourly pay plus tips.
Requirements:
Friendly, customer-focused, and reliable.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive work ethic.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Flexible and dependable schedule.
1 year of customer service or cashier experience (preferred, not required).
Experience using POS systems or mobile ordering platforms.
Workweek: Day shifts; Weekend availability required.
