Hiring Customer Service/Cashier

French's Meat is currently hiring a smiling face to help with our front of house sales. If you are friendly, outgoing, and have a positive attitude we are looking for you. You must be on time, reliable, and willing to learn about our products. Some of your responsibilities will include helping customers with their order, answering phones, taking customers' phone orders, wrapping and packaging products when needed, and some cleaning.

This is a part-time position right now, but more hours will be available as we get busier. The starting hours can be flexible but we do need someone until we close.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system
Assist customers with inquiries as needed
Answering the telephone
Taking phone orders
Putting up orders correctly
Wrapping and packaging meat and chicken
cleaning when needed

Requirements:
Outgoing personality, with a positive attitude
Strong work ethic
Clean and professional appearance
Previous cashier experience is a plus, but not required
Cash handling skills
Ability to stay off of personal phone
Must be able to listen and follow instructions.
Occasionally lift 20- 40 lb.
Ability to work on your feet, this is not a sit down job.

Hours are:
Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., or when finished
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., or when finished

$18.00 per hour or higher based on experience
Paid vacation after one year - (30 + hours per week)
