1. **Customer Interaction:**

- Maintain a balanced cash drawer, report any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
3. **Order Fulfillment:**
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Monitor order status and communicate any delays to customers.
4. **Cleanliness and Organization:**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, ensuring it is presentable and stocked.
- Regularly sanitize the counter and payment equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members to provide seamless service during peak hours.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and policies.
6. **Compliance and Safety:**
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards in food handling.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or retail environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
