Full-Time | Remote | $120,000/yr | Must be US-Based

The Mission of This Role

We need someone to own leadership development for our digital programs.

That means you’ll be:

  • Designing and building digital leadership training systems
     

  • Creating simple, powerful tools leaders can use daily
     

  • Working with hospitality leaders one-on-one (digitally) to guide growth
     

  • Teaching everything from emotional intelligence to team performance
     

  • Collaborating with our training and operations team
     

  • Helping us expand the gold standard for hospitality development

Requirements

  • US-based only
     

  • 5+ years in hospitality leadership (multi-unit preferred)
     

  • Proven experience developing and training leaders
     

  • A strong grasp of modern hospitality challenges and systems
     

  • Real understanding of emotional intelligence, motivation, and leadership development
     

  • Comfortable working digitally and collaborating remotely
     

  • Experience in training design and teaching frameworks
     

  • A deep love and respect for true hospitality, and a desire to help others feel it too
