Full-Time | Remote | $120,000/yr | Must be US-Based

The Mission of This Role
We need someone to own leadership development for our digital programs.
That means you’ll be:
Designing and building digital leadership training systems
Creating simple, powerful tools leaders can use daily
Working with hospitality leaders one-on-one (digitally) to guide growth
Teaching everything from emotional intelligence to team performance
Collaborating with our training and operations team
Helping us expand the gold standard for hospitality development

Requirements
US-based only
5+ years in hospitality leadership (multi-unit preferred)
Proven experience developing and training leaders
A strong grasp of modern hospitality challenges and systems
Real understanding of emotional intelligence, motivation, and leadership development
Comfortable working digitally and collaborating remotely
Experience in training design and teaching frameworks
A deep love and respect for true hospitality, and a desire to help others feel it too
