Graduate Assistant: Clancy's Cafe

JOB SUMMARY:

The Graduate Assistant will support the daily operations of the Clancy's Cafe. This role provides hands-on experience in hospitality & food service while promoting a positive environment for University Clancy's team.

The cashier will scan meal cards into the point-of-sale system from students who have purchased the meal plan to record their visit.

The cashier will also ring up all non-meal plan customers using the Squares terminal. T are no cash handling responsibilities since all transactions are by credit card or house account.

Cashier's are eligible to receive oneplimentary meal per shift.

Available shifts are:

Breakfast= 8am-9:30am

Lunch= 11:30am-1:30pm

Dinner 5pm-7pm

Saturday Brunch= 11am-1pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current University enrolled in a Master's program. Must be in good standing

Interest in business administration, finance, corporate accounting or related fields

Excellentmunication and teamwork skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours based on event schedules

COMPENSATION:

Graduate Assistants arepensated through a scholarship to reduce the cost of tuition. No additional pay is provided.
