SIGN-ON BONUS FOR ELIGIBLE NEW HIRES

25% after 90 days
25% after 180 days
50% after 1 (one) year

JOB SUMMARY -
Responsible for the redemption and sale of table game chips, marketing redemptions, ticket in-ticket out redemptions, and other cash transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Typical Working Conditions: Work is performed in the Cage and casino areas; heavy guest contact is required; the ability to tolerate varying noise levels, temperatures, and illumination is required.

Example of Duties ( includes but is not limited to the following ):

1. Understand and adhere to Grand Victoria Casino and Cage & Credit Operations standards, policies and procedures.
2. Obtain a strong understanding of the Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
3. Ability to comply with and practice the Grand Victoria Casinos Family Style Service Standards.
4. Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the Federal Cash Reporting Requirements required under Title 31.
5. Transact exchanges.
6. Process Table Fills and Table Credits to Table Games.
7. Process Jackpots and Hopper Fills to Electronic Gaming Devices.
8. Verify Cash turn-ins from operating departments.
9. Verify various types of Cash pay-outs.
10. Verify cashiers banks.
11. Prepare daily bank deposits on revenue, as needed.
12. Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future.

Performance Requirements ( knowledge, skills and abilities) : Ability to read, write and speak in English; working knowledge of computers, i.e. data entry; intermediate math, maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, management and other departments; display a high level of confidentiality and integrity at all times; capacity to work well with others and handle stressful situations with ease; possess effective listening skills; ability to work in a stressful, high volume, energetic atmosphere, and provide impromptu training; ability to work flexible shifts.

Must be able to be licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board

Salary Range: $17 - 18.50 (Depending on Experience)
