Weekend Cashier/Food Prep

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Cashier & Food Prep Team Members. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service at the front counter and assisting with food preparation in the kitchen. You will ensure orders are accurately taken, prepared, and served while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Cashier Duties:
Greet customers with a positive attitude and take orders accurately.

Operate POS (point-of-sale) system and handle cash, credit/debit transactions.

Provide menu information, upsell specials, and answer customer questions.

Ensure accuracy in order entry and receipt handling.

Maintain a clean front counter, dining area, and beverage station.

Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Food Prep Duties:
Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards.

Follow safe food handling practices and proper portioning.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and prep stations.

Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift.

Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing food deliveries.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
