This role blends hospitality with efficiency, helping set the tone for a great guest experience. Customer Service & Sales Greet customers and provide warm, efficient service Help shoppers select the perfect gift by offering thoughtful suggestions and product knowledge Help expedite during rush periods and support service flow Answer basic product or venue questions Store Operations Operate the POS system, handling cash, credit, returns, and tips accurately Package or gift wrap and hand off items Monitor and manage inventory levels and restock inventory when needed Assist in receiving new product Maintain an organized backstock area and assist with tagging, labeling, and display setup Keep checkout area clean and organized Open and close the store independently following company procedures Cleaning & Maintenance Dust shelves and products regularly to maintain a tidy and appealing store appearance Mop floors and wipe down counters, display tables, and other surfaces as needed Maintain cleanliness in customer and staff areas Core Competencies and Skills: Friendly, fast-paced customer service Basic math, cash handling, and comfort with retail technology (POS system, barcode scanners, etc.) Clear communication: strong interpersonal communication skills Multitasking and attention to detail Cleanliness and reliability Requirements: Experience in hospitality, retail, cashiering, or guest service preferred Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
