Our Fortune 500 client (One of the world's largest Beauty companies) in El Glendale, CA is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their innovative team.

Retail Store Clerk (Multiple position)
306 N Glendale Ave, Glendale, CA 91206
4+ month contract with high potential for extension
Pay range: $15 - $19/hr

• Exceptional Customer Service:
  Consistently deliver outstanding service and support to salon professionals and customers.

• Sales & Product Knowledge:
  Sell leading professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions and products, and share beauty industry trends.

• Store Operations:

• Process sales and returns accurately

• Replenish merchandise and participate in inventory counts

• Maintain a clean, organized store environment

• Team Collaboration:
  Work cooperatively in a positive team environment to meet goals and priorities.

• Integrity & Development:
  Commit to excellence, embrace growth opportunities, and act with integrity at all times.

  Key Qualifications

  • Customer Service:
    Exceptional communication skills; prior retail or related experience strongly preferred

  • Technical Skills:
    Basic reading and math skills; able to use computerized POS system; SAP experience is a plus

  • Physical Requirements:
    Able to stand and walk for scheduled shifts, and lift up to 20 lbs.

  • Availability:
    Must be able to work weekends, as required

  • Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • 13 years of experience in a related field

  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities

  • Willingness to learn and develop in the role

  • Flexible schedule (including weekends)

  • Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and light physical work
