As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or other point-of-sale systems. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, tables, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Experience Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems (Aloha POS experience is a plus). Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
