Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, polite, empathetic, and helpful individual to become the Customer Service Representative (CSR) Team Leader at Bowman Animal Hospital and Cat Clinic in Raleigh, NC. The CSR Team Leader is a full-time position. The compensation and benefits package will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications.
The selected individual will be responsible for directing, assisting, and working with our CSRs during performance of their customer service and administrative duties at the Hospital. The CSR Team Leader oversees the management and operations of the CSR Team Members, including preparation of their work schedule, conducting regular Team meetings, as well as the hiring, training, evaluation, and disciplinary action of the CSR Team Members. The CSR Team Leader reports to the Practice Manager. The CSR Team Leader works with the Operations and Kennel Team Leaders, the Medical Director, and Owners on a daily basis, and during regular management meetings to support and develop the professional and business objectives of the Hospital.
The CSR Team Lead will deal with confidential medical and financial information; therefore, discretion and judgment will be required in a variety of situations. Maintaining confidentiality according to veterinary medical practice requirements, similar to HIPAA compliance, is required at all times.
Individuals interested in the position must be compassionate and cheerful; possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; be able to use Microsoft Office software; understand basic principles of accounting; and, have an excellent work ethic.
