Skyhigh Security is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead our global partner marketing strategy. Reporting to the Director of worldwide Demand Generation, you will develop innovative and impactful co-marketing and go-to-marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enablement, and demand generation in support of strategic priorities across all routes-to-market including Resellers, Distributors, Cloud Service Providers, Systems Integrators, Global Service Providers, MSSPs and technology partners. The successful candidate has a proven track record driving communications, delivering marketing-sourced revenue through partners, and has demonstrated success in creating marketing campaigns with trackable business results.

**_About the role:_**

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Skyhigh Security plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing global partner marketing strategies that drive awareness, enablement, and revenue across a diverse ecosystem of partners. This role involves developing and managing impactful campaigns, leveraging an account-based marketing approach, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts with strategic business priorities. Working closely with Channel Sales leadership, this person will lead program strategy, oversee campaign execution, manage partner resources, drive enablement to key partners, and ensure the delivery of measurable outcomes.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**

**Strategic Planning & Execution**

+ Develop, and foster relationships with partner organizations as well as work cross functionally across the organizations marketing and global channel sales teams.

+ Identify and execute strategic, scalable co-marketing plans with key channel partners, committing to delivering measurable results.

+ Leverage an account based marketing (ABM) framework aligning with field and channel leadership to drive highly targeted campaigns for increased prioritization and presence.

+ Evangelize Skyhigh Securitys value proposition through superior, ongoing partner communications.

**Program & Campaign Management**

+ Plan and execute strategic sponsorships, campaigns and activations - including messaging, content, digital marketing, paid social, events, and other programs.

+ Ensure the development of joint messaging and co-branded assets support both Skyhigh Security as well key partners.

+ Oversee and administrator Partner Marketing processes and infrastructure including managing MDF, lead process, reporting, and Skyhigh Securitys partner portal.

+ Serve as player-coach managing a Partner Marketing Manager who is responsible for both partner activities and global field activities.

+ Design measurement systems and techniques as well as track ongoing marketing campaigns to effectively track ROI and success metrics.

**Partner sales enablement**

+ Work with Product Marketing to develop and distribute co-branded playbooks, training materials, and sales assets to support joint selling motions.

+ Implement partner sales training to educate partners on Skyhigh value-based messaging as well as incentive programs intended to further amplify the development and education of Skyhigh Securitys portfolio.

+ Own and manage Skyhigh Security Partner Portal ensuring marketing collateral and training materials are kept up to date; identify opportunities to drive partner portal adoption and usage.

**_To Fly High in this role, you have:_**

+ 5 - 7 years of Tech Channel Marketing experience, with substantial experience supporting national strategic solution providers.

+ Solid understanding and demonstrated success with channel strategy and its relationship to overall sales success.

+ Recognized as a partner marketing expert, with knowledge and hands-on experience supporting partner programs, creating valuable collateral, influencing partners, running campaigns with partners to drive revenue.

+ Ability to engage with all management levels, inside and outside of the organization.

+ Results-oriented focused on data-based decision making.

+ Experience managing market development funds, including allocation strategy and ROI tracking.

+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

+ Strong creative and analytical skills.

+ Experienced CRM and PRM user.

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
