Purchasing Assistant (Full-Time) – Work Directly with Leadership at Maucor Inc.

Compensation: $45,000-$60,000/ year + growth opportunity

Are you smart, driven, and ready to make an impact? Maucor Inc. is looking for a capable and ambitious Purchasing Assistant to work directly under our Purchasing Manager (Sebastian Correa) as his right hand across all operations.

This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience, learn from leadership, and quickly grow into a key player in a national construction company. You’ll be exposed to all facets of commercial subcontracting—procurement, project logistics, vendor relations, takeoffs, admin, and more—while being mentored closely in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

    •    Assist with material procurement, pricing, and quantity takeoffs

    •    Communicate professionally with vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors

    •    Coordinate logistics and shipping for project deliveries

    •    Review architectural drawings and specifications

    •    Help track project status, organize documents, and maintain purchasing logs

    •    Support the Purchasing Manager with emails, research, and administrative needs

What You’ll Need

    •    Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Engineering, Construction, or related)

    •    Comfort with tech tools: Google Suite, Microsoft Office; construction software a plus

    •    Detail-oriented, accountable, and eager to learn

    •    Solid communication and interpersonal skills

    •    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

    •    Interest in construction, architecture, or façade systems
