Evening Cashier

As we prepare for our upcoming location in Mason, Ohio, we are seeking enthusiastic, service-minded candidates to fulfill both part and full-time opportunities in the evenings on our Front End team. If you love people and good food, join us in making The DLM Experience come alive in Mason.
What You'll Do:
Provide excellent customer service.
Run register with accuracy.
Bag groceries with care, following proper procedures.
Proactively offer additional assistance, including carry-out service or help locating products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
These positions do require standing for long periods of time, braving the elements while helping customers to their car with purchases, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Due to the nature of our busy times, some weekend availability is a must in this position.
Qualifications:
A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Physical Requirements:
Standing for long periods of time.
Lifting up to 40lbs.
