Title: Division / District Manager (Multi-Unit Retail)

Compensation: $180-200,000 On-Target Earnings ($130,000 base salary + performance bonus)
Type: Full-Time - 50+ hours/week | On-site, in-field, rotating between locations
Description:
We’re seeking a proven multi-unit leader to oversee operations across several high-traffic service locations north of Boston, MA. This hands-on role involves directly managing location leaders and driving operational excellence, team development, and revenue growth. Ideal candidates are seasoned Area, District, or General Managers from fast-paced service environments such as retail, hospitality, or QSR / fast casual restaurants. Prior experience in our specific niche is not required — full training is provided. This role involves teaching by example, getting your hands dirty, being 100% self-driven and self-motivated to achieve your highest-possible annual performance bonus. This means working extra hours as needed - whatever it takes to get the job done and impress our established client base!
Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations across 5 service sites, all located w/in a 1-hour drive north of Boston, with a focus on performance, people, and profitability.
Coach and support site managers to build strong, effective teams.
Set and enforce sales, service, and safety standards.
Monitor KPIs and P&L metrics; take ownership of financial results.
Recruit, train, and retain talent to ensure operational continuity.
Enforce cost control measures including payroll and supply spending.
Maintain a strong customer-first culture and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Represent the brand’s values and communicate company goals clearly to all levels of staff.
Travel between sites as needed; a personal vehicle and valid license are required.
Assist each branch in a hands-on, lead-from-the-front manner (literally getting hands dirty!)
Qualifications:
5+ years of multi-unit leadership in retail, hospitality, food service, gas station, convenience store or similar.
Ability to work 5–6 days a week (Tue-Sat). May be called on to support operations occasionally on Sun. - weekends are very busy.
Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, willingness to drive multiple hours/day (typically visiting 1 site each day)
Strong ability to develop talent and lead change.
A track record of accountability and results.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Willingness to be on the road regularly between locations.
