- Provide excellent customer service and greet every customer.
- Take orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle money, give accurate change, and a receipt.
- Maintain a clean and organized work and dining area, including the bathrooms.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily specials
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Able to process payments accurately using a Point-of-Sale system. Will train.
- Count and balance, cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Must have full knowledge of menu upon completion of training.
- Helps guests in choosing menu items.
**REQUIREMENTS**
Prior experience as a cashier, or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills and money handling skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Speak Fluent English.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time without accommodation.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift, frequently without accommodation.
- Basic Math Skills.
- Upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain a balanced Cash Register.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be a team player.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
High School Diploma or GED preferred
