The Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Account Executive team in Dublin. This team is a critical part of the engine that drives interest in Clio's product offerings across our prospective customer base. As sharp, solution-oriented consultants, they work with new customers to identify critical business challenges and present solutions that deliver clear value and ROI from Clio's multi-product suite. They are skilled at guiding multiple stakeholders, articulating value, and securing new business in a high-velocity environment.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Guide, motivate and drive accountability with your team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Coach and Develop: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing regular coaching and feedback. You will be responsible for developing the sales skills and careers of your team members.

  • Drive Sales Excellence: Develop a high performance culture through best in class sales rigour - defining excellence in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression. Work closely with our business operations team to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize our sales processes.

  • Experiment and Innovate: Partner with the Sales Director, EMEA and other global stakeholders to run pilot projects and experiments that help the team level up and identify new ways to drive growth in EMEA.

  • Recruit and Build: Play a key role in recruiting and onboarding new team members to support our continued expansion.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: You have demonstrated success (minimum 3 years) in building and leading high growth sales teams, and you are passionate about helping others succeed.

  • Sales Acumen: You believe in the importance of a strong sales process and have a track record in implementing and driving strong sales rigour and high levels of accountability.

  • High Velocity Sales Experience: You bring expertise in implementing a consultative, multi-product sales methodology that empowers your team to quickly diagnose customer needs and articulate value in a high velocity market.

  • Customer-Centric: You possess a genuine belief that our success is tied to our customers' success. You are a skilled collaborator who can both coach your team to be deeply curious about customer needs and work across the business to ensure the customer's voice shapes our strategy.

  • Communication & Collaboration: You are a clear, confident, and empathetic communicator, a skill that allows you to build strong relationships, gain buy-in from key stakeholders, and motivate your team to succeed.

The full salary range* for this role is 66,100 to 82,600 to 99,100 EUR and the full commission range is 66,100 to 82,600 to 99,100 EUR. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped.Please note there is a separate band for those in the San Francisco / Bay Area. For those outside the United States, there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions..

  • We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
