Monday- 9:00am- 8PM

Tuesday through Thursday- 4:00 PM-8:00 PM

Friday 4:00 PM-7:00PM

What You'll Do

• Answer the phones promptly.
• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
• Close out repair orders in computer.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next days service appointments.
• Input of additional service requests into ATCON spreadsheet.

What You'll Need

• Proven customer service skills of at least 1 year
• Pleasant and professional phone manners
• Excellent computer skills
• Attention to detail and administrative filing
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs
